These Official Rules govern participation in any contest, sweepstakes, leaderboard or giveaway run on Famous Market ("Contest"). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of jurisdictions where such Contests are permitted by law.
- Minimum age: 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction — whichever is higher.
- Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Famous Market are not eligible.
- Void where prohibited.
2. Contest Period
Each Contest has its own start and end dates, which are published on the relevant page within the Service. Only entries received during the official Contest Period will be considered.
3. How To Win
Winners are determined based on points earned through predictions, missions and gameplay activities, as recorded by Famous Market's systems. The leaderboard ranking at the official end of the Contest Period determines the winner(s).
4. Scoring
Points are calculated automatically by our scoring engine based on the official rules of each game mode. Decisions of Famous Market regarding scoring are final.
5. Prize Delivery
Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their account. Winners must respond and verify their identity within 14 days, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next-ranked participant.
6. Tie-Breaker
In the event of a tie, the participant who reached the tied score first (earliest timestamp) wins. If still tied, Famous Market may, at its discretion, hold a tie-breaker round or split the prize.
7. Disqualification
- Use of bots, scripts or automation.
- Multiple accounts owned or controlled by one person.
- Use of a VPN or other means to evade eligibility restrictions.
- Any manipulation of scoring, voting or other game mechanics.
- Any violation of the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
8. Sponsor
The sponsor of all Contests on the Service is Famous Market. Contact us via the Contact page for the official winners list once a Contest concludes.
