These Prize Terms apply to any prize, gift or reward awarded by Famous Market, in addition to the Contest Rules and Terms of Service.
1. Verification
All prizes are subject to identity verification. Winners may be required to provide a government-issued ID, proof of address, and a signed affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release before a prize is delivered. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture.
2. Taxes and Fees
Any and all taxes, customs duties, import fees, registration fees, insurance, fuel, delivery costs beyond the standard shipment, and any other costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
3. Cash Equivalent
At Famous Market's sole discretion, a prize may be replaced with a cash payment of equivalent value, or with another prize of comparable value, for any reason (including but not limited to unavailability, logistics, or legal restrictions in the winner's jurisdiction).
4. Substitution by Sponsor
Famous Market reserves the right to substitute any prize, in whole or in part, with another item of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
5. No Transfer
Prizes are awarded to the winning account holder personally and may not be transferred, assigned or sold to a third party.
6. Acceptance
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to all of these Prize Terms, the Contest Rules and the Terms of Service.
