How to File a Notice
If you believe that content on Famous Market infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or location on the Service where the allegedly infringing material is found.
- Your full name, address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Removal Process
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly review the request and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may notify the user who posted the content and provide them with a copy of the notice.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similar information. We may restore the content if the original complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days.
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
