Famous Market may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, including scoring, rules, leaderboards, missions, wheel rewards, prizes, and prize availability — with or without notice.
3. No Guarantee of Winnings
There is no guarantee of profit, winnings or any specific outcome. Points, coins, badges and virtual rewards have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated in a specific Prize Terms document.
4. Fair Play and Account Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any user who, in our sole judgment, cheats, abuses the Service, opens multiple accounts, uses bots or automation, uses a VPN to manipulate eligibility, or otherwise violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Specific contests may require a higher minimum age, as described in the Contest Rules.
6. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, playing, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines and any applicable Contest Rules and Prize Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Famous Market and its operators, owners, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
8. Intellectual Property
All celebrity names, images, likenesses and trademarks shown on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for editorial, informational and entertainment purposes only. Famous Market is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the celebrities featured.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable consumer law in your country of residence. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us.
